This week marks the start of a new season of Marvel SNAP, titled Rivals, in honor of the upcoming release of Marvel Rivals, a PVP title scheduled for release this month. The season brings a plethora of new cards and locations, with the highly anticipated return of the High Voltage game mode later in the month.
One of the standout new cards in this season is Galacta, Daughter of Galactus, whose ability grants a powerful advantage to players. Despite being a potential fit for Galactus decks, Galacta has already proven to be effective in Sebastian Shaw/Silver Surfer decks, making her a card to watch out for.
Other new cards introduced this season include Luna Snow, Sp//dr, DOOM 2099, Bruce Banner, Rocket Raccoon and Groot, and Lasher, each with unique abilities that add depth to gameplay. Additionally, new locations like Spider-Island and Tokyo 2099 offer a fresh challenge for players.
High Voltage, a fan-favorite game mode, is set to return on December 28 and will run through January 4, adding excitement to the season.
