The Fitbit Ace LTE now includes NFC payment capability for children and a new lunch break setting.

Google’s kid-friendly watch, the Fitbit Ace LTE, now includes tap-to-pay functionality with select financial services. This feature, previously announced as “coming soon,” is now rolling out. The Fitbit Ace LTE, a custom Wear OS device aimed at children, offers LTE connectivity, location tracking, calls/texting to select contacts, and a few games. Parents can now set up tap-to-pay using Greenlight or GoHenry debit card services through the companion app. In addition to this new feature, Google is also introducing a lunch break option, two new games (Sproutlings and Spirit Garden), and the ability to add siblings as contacts on the watch.
