Below are the features of the two BIS plans on Glo Ghana, these features will very much be similar for different providers.

A)       BlackBerry Social:

1. An always on internet connection (Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applies)
2. A personalized Gloworld.BlackBerry.com E-mail address
3. Unlimited access to chat with other BB users on BB Messenger (BBM)

Note: Users will not be able to create any private E-mail address

B)       BlackBerry Complete:

1. An always on internet connection – Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applies
2. A personalized Gloworld.BlackBerry.com E-mail address
3. Ability to create 1 private E-mail address – E.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
4. Unlimited access to chat with other BB users on BB Messenger (BBM)
