Google is reportedly on the verge of announcing a new Nest Thermostat that starts at $129.99, but you can already buy their excellent Nest Thermostat E at that price today, plus you get a Nest Temperature Sensor tossed in for free.
Best Buy has a bundle available at the moment that includes the Nest Thermostat E and Temperature Sensor at a $70+ discount. If you were to buy these separately, you would pay $170 for the Thermostat E and another $30-$40 for the Sensor. This is a really, really good deal.
Not that it matters much, but this bundle is the exact setup I’ve been using at my own house for a couple of years. The Thermostat E replaced my 2nd gen Nest Thermostat (had some issues with it) and I love its minimal white design and frosted display. I then paired it with a Temperature Sensor that I keep upstairs in my house to better maintain balance from day to night.
The deal is likely only good for a couple of days.
