There are ongoing rumors suggesting that the iPhone 17 Slim may come equipped with a 6.6-inch display.

The iPhone 17 Slim is rumored to feature a new design and a 6.6-inch display, according to analyst Jeff Pu. Expected to be released in late 2025, the slimline smartphone is generating buzz among industry experts and leakers.

Pu’s research note suggests that the iPhone 17 Slim will replace the Plus model and will be equipped with an A19 chip manufactured using a 3-nanometer process. Despite having 8GB of memory, it will not match the 12GB capacity of the Pro models as previously rumored.

The construction of the iPhone 17 Slim is projected to be aluminum, making it lighter compared to the titanium Pro models. To prevent any bending issues, Apple will need to pay careful attention to the build quality.

Camera specifications include a single 48-megapixel rear sensor and Face ID support with a 24-megapixel front camera. Pu also believes that the device will feature a brand-new design compared to previous models.

Although Pu has a mixed track record for accuracy in predicting Apple release dates, his current insights align with other rumors circulating about the iPhone 17 Slim.
