Today is Pokemon Day, a significant event for Pokemon fans as it heralds numerous announcements within the Pokemon universe. This year, we have exciting updates such as new Mega EX cards for the regular TCG game, the launch of a new Pokemon Champions mobile (and Switch) game, enhancements to Pokemon Sleep, and much more. For fans of Pokemon TCG Pocket, several major announcements were made, including the release of a new pack.
Tonight, Pokemon TCG Pocket will receive the “Triumphant Light” booster pack expansion, featuring new cards to collect or battle with. The pack includes highlights such as Arceus EX, as well as new Garchomp EX, Glaceon EX, and Tyranitar cards. The pack is set to go live as early as tonight.
Additionally, ranked matches will be introduced to the Battle mode in Pokemon TCG Pocket by the end of March, providing players with a more competitive gameplay experience. To celebrate Pokemon Day, TCG Pocket players will receive 3 special gift packs containing Charizard, Mewtwo, and Pikachu “Genetic Apex” packs, each guaranteed to have at least a 4-diamond or higher card.
