The Galaxy Note 20 continues to receive updates, with the latest one being the April security patch.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and Note 20 were updated this week with the April security patch. Since moving to a quarterly update schedule last year, we are nearing the end of updates for the final Note series. Samsung may stop providing updates for the Galaxy Note 20 series in the next 5 months if they stick to quarterly updates for a year. However, with this week’s update, we could see up to two more before Samsung officially ends support. This would be significant, as it would mean 5 years of updates for a device line that was originally promised 4 years. The latest update for the Galaxy Note 20 series includes the most recent Android security patches and no new features.
