Samsung’s upcoming FE phone from the S24 series seems to be on track for a potential launch soon based on its recent certification visit.
The FCC listing, discovered by 91Mobiles and as reported by Android Authority, reveals that the device is likely to support NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and GPS.
In Korea, Samsung has reportedly completed the necessary tests for the Galaxy S23 FE’s battery with two different model numbers: EB-BS721ABE and EB-BS721ABY. Additionally, the device was tested with a 25W wired charger.
The FCC listing also suggests that the S24 FE may have support for wireless charging as an alternative.
Samsung is preparing for 5G support for the S24 FE, with a wide range of 5G bands expected to be covered.
Previous rumors hinted at a design for the S24 FE similar to its flagship counterparts, with a glossy finish on the back panel and smaller bezels compared to the S23 FE.
