Apple has unveiled its latest MacBook Pro, powered by the groundbreaking M4 chip family, marking a new chapter with Apple Intelligence.

CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA — Apple has launched the new MacBook Pro, featuring the M4 generation of processors—M4, M4 Pro, and M4 Max—each delivering significantly enhanced performance and capabilities. This latest model is designed for Apple Intelligence, a system that redefines user interaction, productivity, and privacy on personal devices. Available in space black and silver, the 14-inch MacBook Pro comes equipped with the powerful M4 chip, three Thunderbolt 4 ports, and a starting memory of 16GB, priced at just $1,599. Both 14-inch and 16-inch versions with M4 Pro and M4 Max support Thunderbolt 5 for superior data transfer speeds. All configurations feature a Liquid Retina XDR display, now enhanced with a nano-texture option and a peak brightness of up to 1000 nits for SDR content, alongside a sophisticated 12MP Center Stage camera and up to 24 hours of battery life—the longest ever offered in a Mac.1 Pre-orders begin today, with shipments starting November 8.
