It’s likely that the Nothing Phone 3 render we encountered a few weeks ago was indeed a hoax. Today, we have more credible renders that showcase the device in various colors, highlighting its new Glyph Matrix feature.
Introducing the Nothing Phone 3: Set to launch officially on July 1, the Nothing Phone 3 is anticipated to be the brand’s most significant entry into the high-end smartphone market. Powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, it promises premium materials, long-term support, and innovative features, including the aforementioned Glyph Matrix lighting system. This model will also see its official US release, supporting AT&T and T-Mobile, which is a departure from earlier models that were accessible here only through a somewhat dubious beta program.
The new images below certainly appear to represent the real Nothing Phone. True to its design ethos, Nothing continues to take bold risks. The clear back showcases the new Glyph Matrix lights positioned in the top right corner (unlike previous models that spread light strips across the back), with three distinct camera lenses individually placed.
Regarding the camera system, Nothing has confirmed it will feature a 50MP periscope lens, visible in the top left corner of the images. They’ve showcased this lens but cleverly rotated the image to deter early speculators; we’ve adjusted it back for clarity below.
The design features options in black and white (or possibly gray), sleek bezels, a glimpse of Nothing OS with its themed icons and unique widgets, and an additional button on the right that is expected to activate the Essential Space.
Aside from these details, it’s up to you to share your thoughts on the overall design. Personally, I think it looks fantastic and can’t wait to try it out!
