Glo Nigeria recently introduced a new loyalty scheme called Glo Allawee. You can find the details below with all you need to know.
1. What is “Glo Allawee”?
With Glo Allawee, Subscribers who activate a new sim and achieve the usage target of N50 before 10pm on a day will get an additional N50 airtime and can earn up to N18,000 worth of free airtime in one year of activation. Customers will receive N50 bonus every Morning, which can be used for Glo-to-Glo calls and SMS, once they have used a minimum of N50 before 10pm the previous day. The N50 could have been used for voice, SMS, data or VAS service. The daily rent of N50 will be credited to the customers bonus account every Mid Night and will expire at 12noon.
2. Do I get the free N18,000 on activating my Glo line?
No. You will receive the N18,000 in bits of N50 daily allawee for 365 days once you ensure you use a minimum of N50 daily before 10pm.
3. Who are those eligible to enjoy Allawee?
All new and existing customers on the Glo network who opt for it and meet the daily usage threshold of N50.

5. What are the conditions for getting Allawee Bonus?
Once a customer has opted in, s/he will be eligible to receive the rent daily for 90 days. To continue receiving the daily rent, the customer has to renew the rent every 90 days. To receive the rent daily after opting for the service, the customer has to use at least N50 on his/her Glo line on the previous day before 10p.m. Once this N50 usage threshold is achieved, the customer will be paid the N50 allawee as it is delivered into the bonus account of the customers at 00:01 hour.
6. Do I get charged when I’m re-opting in after 90 days of enjoying the Allawee bonus?

8. Will existing customers on the network enjoy Allawee once they opt for it and meet the N50 usage threshold?
Both new and existing customers can enjoy the Allawee bonus once they have met the requirements
9. Is the charging rate of the Allawee bonus amount different from his regular tariffs?
No. The rent will be depleted at the prevailing charging rate on the customer’s profile.
10. When can I use my Allawee bonus?
The Allawee bonus has to be consumed between 00:01 and 12:00
11. Can I accumulate my Allawee bonus?
Allawee bonus cannot be accumulated as the unused balance as at 12pm is lost
12. Can Allawee bonus be used to call only OnNet or all networks?
The Allawee bonus received can only be used for onnet calls and onnet SMS.
13. What is the validity of the promo bonus?
Bonus will be delivered at Mid Night and will expire at 12noon the day it is given.
14. Can customer use Allawee Bonus to make IDD calls?
No
15. If a customer joins the offer during middle of the day and opts out before the day ends, will he be eligible for the bonus?
In such case s/he will not receive the Allawee bonus, even if he had achieved the minimum usage condition
16. Does customer have to do anything to start receiving Allawee bonus?
Customer has to OPT for the service and use N50 or more on his or her line today to receive Allawee bonus of N50 the following day.
