As we approach Samsung Unpacked, leaks surrounding the Galaxy S25 have started to surface in Europe. The leaked specs for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 show minimal changes from the previous Galaxy S24 series. The base model Galaxy S25 now features 12GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, a slight upgrade from the S24’s 8GB of RAM and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. The rest of the specs remain largely unchanged, including display, battery capacity, connectivity, and size. If you were expecting significant upgrades, you may be disappointed.
