This new store features the complete array of Apple products and incorporates a pioneering environmentally conscious design.
MIAMI – Apple is excited to announce the upcoming launch of Apple Miami Worldcenter, a vibrant new location for customers to explore and acquire their favorite Apple products. Situated in the energetic downtown area of Miami, this store provides a streamlined experience for shoppers looking to upgrade to iPhone 16 using Apple Trade In, carrier activation, and personalized setup. Apple team members will be on-site to deliver outstanding support, guiding users through the latest features of Apple Intelligence and helping them discover new products through initiatives like Today at Apple — all in a uniquely crafted environment designed to welcome everyone.
“Miami embodies rich history, unique culture, and vibrant life, and we are excited to bring that essence to Apple Miami Worldcenter,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail and People. “This new location embodies Apple’s values at every turn while celebrating the city’s creativity with an impressive array of in-store events. Our team is eager to welcome customers and provide exceptional personal shopping and support experiences, unlike any others.”
Architected for Accessibility and Environmental Stewardship
Designed from the ground up to embody Apple’s principles, Apple Miami Worldcenter features a regionally sourced mass timber structure and low-carbon materials, greatly reducing its carbon footprint during construction. Like all Apple locations, this store operates on 100 percent renewable energy and maintains carbon neutrality in its operations.
The store embraces a biophilic design that fosters a connection with the lush green surroundings. Upon entering, customers will find an inviting atmosphere filled with plants and flora inspired by Miami’s diverse Latin American heritage. Demonstrating Apple’s commitment to accessibility, the store implements universal design principles with varied table and seating heights for product interaction and spacious navigation for wheelchair users. Shoppers using hearing aids will find a portable hearing loop available throughout the store, and a dedicated assistive listening loop at the Today at Apple table enhances the accessibility of in-store sessions.
Additionally, Apple Miami Worldcenter introduces Miami’s first dedicated Apple Pickup area, allowing customers to conveniently purchase online and collect their orders in-store at their convenience.
Special Events and Programming
In celebration of the store’s grand opening, Apple Miami Worldcenter will host exclusive Apple-led Today at Apple sessions that showcase the store’s eco-friendly design and natural elements, along with special events tailored for small business owners. During the opening weekend, customers are invited to participate in a community event in collaboration with Influur, where they can connect with the in-store Business team for hands-on learning and discover how to leverage Apple’s tools across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
For those wanting to learn together with others, Group Booking will be available for Today at Apple sessions. Customers can explore upcoming sessions and reserve spots at apple.com/retail/miamiworldcenter.
Visitors are encouraged to check out the display areas featuring the latest line of iPhone 16, Mac, MacBook Pro, Mac mini powered by the M4 chip, Apple Watch Series 10, and AirPods. The store boasts a team of over 150 members who are ready to assist customers with product insights and financing options, including the Apple Trade In program.
Apple Miami Worldcenter marks Apple’s 10th location in Miami, reflecting the company’s expanding presence in the city and the broader region. With nearly 2,000 Apple team members throughout South Florida, Apple is committed to building strong community connections and providing educational and workforce opportunities through initiatives like its partnership with Miami Dade College.
The first customers will be welcomed at Apple Miami Worldcenter on Friday, January 24, at 10 a.m.
