Apple Arcade Expands with Nine New Games
UNO: Arcade Edition brings a fresh twist to the classic card game, while Angry Birds Bounce adds to the beloved mobile franchise.
Apple Arcade’s ever-growing library now features over 200 games, all free of ads and in-app purchases. Today marks the launch of UNO: Arcade Edition, which introduces three engaging modes: Solo Play with classic UNO rules, Quick Match for multiplayer fun, and Custom Games with unique twists like Wild Swap Hands and Color Showdown. Additionally, released today are: WHAT THE CAR? for Apple Vision Pro, a spatial adaptation of the 2024 D.I.C.E. Awards’ Mobile Game of the Year; the physics-driven racer LEGO Hill Climb Adventures+; the charming interactive adventure Lost in Play+; and the hit 3D arcade game Helix Jump+.
Looking ahead, four more games will be available on July 3, including Angry Birds Bounce—an innovative edition of the iconic series with over 5 billion downloads. This game blends classic Angry Birds slingshot gameplay with arcade-style brick-breaking, promising an exciting new experience.
“Angry Birds Bounce reinvents the classic formula with a vertical twist, retaining brand authenticity,” said Bryan Cook, game lead at Rovio. “We are excited to offer this exclusive experience on Apple Arcade, featuring an expanded roster of Angry Birds characters. We eagerly anticipate player feedback on this new entry.”
Three additional titles from the App Store will join the lineup on July 3: Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance TD+, the latest in the acclaimed tower defense series; Suika Game+, a fun fruit-merging puzzle challenge; and Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets+, which brings Crayola’s beloved pet toys into a digital setting.
Angry Birds Bounce by Rovio
Join beloved characters Red, Chuck, and Bomb on a new adventure. This game combines the iconic charm of Angry Birds with a fresh arcade brick-breaking approach. As the pigs invade their islands, the birds must bounce back—literally—merging into powerful flocks to defeat the piggy foes and reclaim their territory. With strategic rogue-lite gameplay, players face unique challenges in each level, mastering precision shots, unlocking exciting power-ups, and creating unique combos.
Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance TD+ by Ironhide Game Studio
The newest entry in the award-winning tower defense saga enhances the fast-paced gameplay of its predecessors, adding more power, chaos, and strategy. For the first time, players can command two heroes per stage, choosing from 15 epic heroes, 17 unique towers, 32 upgradeable characters, and 22 campaign stages, all while battling over 40 enemy types. Enjoy all DLCs and play across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Suika Game+ by XGIMI
This popular viral puzzle game is making its way to Apple Arcade. Players drop fruits into a box, aiming to merge matching ones into larger creations, ultimately forming the ultimate fruit: a watermelon. The game’s dynamic physics create a fun challenge as players strategically avoid overflowing the box while competing for leaderboard positions globally.
