Android 15 QPR1 Beta 3 is now available for download on Pixel devices.



Google has just released the Android 15 QPR1 Beta 3 for Pixel devices, so it’s time to update. The update includes fixes for various bugs and issues. Google has released factory image and OTA files for a range of Pixel devices including the Pixel 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, 7 Pro, 7a, Fold, Tablet, 8, 8 Pro, 8a, 9, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL, and 9 Pro Fold.

You can update through the Android Beta Program soon. The release date for Android 15 QPR1 Beta 3 is October 23, 2024, with build AP41.240925.009. Emulator support includes x86 (64-bit) and ARM (v8-A), with a security patch level for October 2024 and Google Play services version 24.33.33.

Google has fixed at least 12 bugs with this release, including issues with notifications, system memory paging, volume buttons on certain Bluetooth devices, app icons on the home screen, system UI crashes, and more. The update also addresses Bluetooth-related bugs, such as crashes in BluetoothDevice.getType() and improvements in LE Audio volume control.
