Airtel Ghana has launched yet another life-changing campaign that empowers two customers to enjoy the lowest lifetime discounted rates in the telecommunications market.
The One Pack, 2 SIMs project, the world’s first, is a prepaid offering in which two SIM cards are included in one standard size Starter Pack and given out as a package. The 2 SIMs with consecutive numbers offer up to 50% discount on all calls between the SIMs for life.
The product, which is designed to encourage lifetime companionship, particularly among the youth, is accessible across all Airtel operating countries even while away from the home country. Everybody who registers for this service also gets 2 free SMSs everyday for life between the two holders of the SIMs as well as a month’s trial on ringtones, alerts, instant messaging, e-mail and social pages such as Twitter and Facebook.
However, on completion of the one free month trial, customers will be given the option to subscribe for the service at a fixed fee of GHC3.00 a month for unlimited usage.
Calls between the 2 lines are currently being charged at 4Gp per minute. 2-SIM works on any handset including ULCH devices. Message notifications will be received in an SMS format.
