However, Samsung’s plans for Android 15 with One UI 7 remained uncertain. Despite rumors of a potential delay in August, as of October, there has been no official announcement from Samsung.
Recently, Samsung confirmed a significant delay in the release of Android 15 and One UI 7. They announced at their developer conference, SDC24, that the One UI 7 beta would be available for developers before the end of the year, without specifying a timeline for general release on devices like the Galaxy S24 or Galaxy Z Fold 6.
During SDC24, Samsung provided a preview of One UI 7, emphasizing its user experience design and integration of Galaxy AI features into daily activities. They also revealed that the official version of One UI 7 won’t be released until 2025 with the Galaxy S25 Series.
